Q: Can I place an order without creating a Google Account?

A: Sure! You can Click Here and you will be redirected to an order form.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: For the most part orders will ship the same day if it is received before 4:00pm EST. Any orders later than 4:00pm will be shipped out the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00pm will be shipped out on Monday.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: If you are in Florida it will usually get to you the next day. Anywhere else may take somwhere between 3-7 business days.

Q: How will my order ship?

A: All orders for pool fence parts usually ship via UPS.

Q: How much tax will I be charged?

A: Tax is calculated based on your city's sales tax.

Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?

A: Shipping for most orders is $12.00 flat rate. Additional shipping charges will be included for heavy orders.

Q: Will I be shown my total before I buy anything?

A: If you use Google Checkout, it will break down everything for you before you purchase. If you don't have a Google Account and had to use our alternate order form, a representative will be contacting you.
